I thought we weren’t supposed to talk to strangers…

Once we found our son talking to a woman we didn’t know. After she left, I reminded him that children shouldn’t talk to strangers unless they with Mom & Dad.
His reply: “She’s not a stranger.”
To make my point I said, “OK, what’s her name?”
“Lady” he said.
We watched him very closely for a looong time!

I’m a kid myself (though quite a bit older), and I laughed HARD when I read this! I mean belly laughs!
