I found a Big Bad Jellyfish in the game Portal

I was playing through my favorite game Portal for the 17th time and found this childlike drawn Wanted poster on an office near the end of the game. I looked quickly around the web but haven’t seen any mention of it. I couldn’t possibly be the first.
Does anyone know anything about this? Who drew it? Why?

Huh…never notice that before. Which level was that on? I’ve seen the other stuff that you were meant to find behind walls, but I’ve never seen the jellyfish. Was it well hidden?

It was in one of the offices as the end of the game… post lvl 19. It may be hard to see because it’s lightly drawn. I only noticed it because I was trying to read a clipboard on the desk and pressing it into the wall brought it closer to the screen.

Haven’t played the game, but that drawing is just creepy.

I have seen that, I always have taken time to look around the walls and what not to read all of the creepy images. It’s good. When I was playing the first time through I was always creeped out by the computer voice and what it said, now I have all the files of the computer talking DLed on my computer and listen to them frequently. Funny GLAdos, always trying to kill us all.
